I was just thinking of getting a tattoo of my fursana and was wondering if any of you had done the same? Or ever thought of it? If so where do you have it? and maybe even post a picture?

No, I'm a wee bit too young for that, sadly. For the longest time I wanted a little panda on the underside of my wrist with a little red heart floating by its head, but I've recently decided that instead I want a PhiPaw. Its supposed to be a discreet way to identify other furries in real life. Kinda like how the GLBT community has the pink triangle and the rainbow. Before I get to the lovely age of 18, with or without parental consent (Silly NC ^^), someone gave me the lovely idea of making a stencil.

I wouldn't ever tattoo my fursona on to myself, simply because I'm well aware I might want to change it in the future. The tattoos I have got planned out to start getting over the next year are not furry.

I wouldn't get my fursona tattooed on myself because to me, that'd be like getting a picture of yourself tattooed on yourself and just seems a little, eh, narcissistic. I do have a couple coyote-themed tattoos planned, but I love the animal a lot beyond them being my chosen species. Naturally, though, like with all tattoos, it all boils down to personal preference! I've seen a couple furries with them, I'm sure if you do a search on FA or DA you're bound to come up with a few photos.

I've had an idea in mind for a tattoo I want to get on my shoulder eventually, it's a black dragon, red fox, and raccoon swirling in a circle encased in their element (dragon is ice, fox lightning, raccoon fire)
not sure what I want for the center, but I've been thinking of this design for awhile now

Ummm, pink triangle is not a GLBT identifier, that was Nazi regime... we don't exactly like that one, just saying... As for tattoos, well, Im gonna eventually get a panther and a dragon tattooed, but not my fursonas, as that would take WAY too much skin to create, as I have 3
