Sitting here, on the internet, bored out of my mind. The usual.

Sorry to those bored out of their minds!

Us, there is a bbq downstairs in the community room of our apartment building and everyone is bringing something for the meal! WS is making his wonderfully delicious home made cookies!

Other than that, don't know, besides having to work with the fishies!

Everyone have a good a safe holiday!

... Gotta prepare my stuff for the start of a new school year tomorrow, nothing fun about that. Other than that probably on my computer all day as any other day; not anything cool, as usual.

Sitting at my computer, mentally preparing myself for school (starts tomorrow) while fiddling with the MAME source (I hope to get a new version out by tomorrow, hope that doesn't mean another all-nighter). '<img'>

Fiddling with MAME huh? Whatever for? It has long since achieved everything I wanted it to. I suppose there are still some games unemulated, but the ones I want all are done.

I.... am an unusual lupequine...

This mornin, I dropped my sister off at a friend's house. Then I went into lumberjack mode and went hoping down to the woods to hack up a few trees with the chain saw, came back up with a few loads of wood, picked my sister up from a friend's house, and here I sit, having made an RPG based of another RPG of mine....

Could I do anymore? I'm ready to fall dead asleep, Lol!

I make No Name MAME, which is MAME with all sorts of extra goodies, like support for roughly 400 more games, better analog controller support, and a few others. It started running only under Windows, but I've just got it compiling under DOS, and plan to get it running on the Mac and Linux. I also just got the MAME32 front end to compile with it. If you are interested, you can get it from No Name Development.

Nice retro page there, TGOB. I don't have an analog controller, but maybe some of those extra games are worthwile. I may dl it when you stuff the mame32 frontend into it, since I hate using mame from the command line. I've got some 600+ mb's of roms on my hd. (not counting other emulators)

Thanks, I actually modeled it after the WinXP DOS box, where all my programs get compiled. '<img'> I hate new webpages with nonsense flash animations and java and whatnot (AOL's page is a good example).

Anyways, I'll let you know when the MAME32 version is done. I'm just compiling it now, It should be up within an hour or so.

"Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country."

All I've done today is read The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown. Very good book, I must say. There are some surprising...facts in there.

It was a good labor day for this kittyskunk.  Worked on my music. Went out window shopping and had ice cream with my mate.  And then spent more time on music, answering email and dropping in on my hangouts to see what is going on.

Well, eh, I complained about the pixel art gallary at deviantart, then I made an animation about it. Unfortunately, I'm no artist, and my large pixel art tends to look like crap. I also played some The Legend of Zelda:The Wind Waker and I am now able to warp around, which is extremely useful because I'm impatiant and it takes forever to get places on that damn boat.

So, yeah, video games and computers, and I didn't even know it was labor day. What kind of an American am I? '<img'>

I love the looks on the faces of conservative christians in Alabama when you go shopping and dining out wearing a shirt that says "Queer as F***" on it.

Labor day is great!  Except no good sales :-(

Let's see...
Friday, I went to a local nightclub for a while with a couple of female friends of mine. That was good.
Saturday, we went to Paramount Canada's Wonderland, which is a theme/amusement park in the area. Caught a lot of good rides there and had a blast. The fact that we got in with cheap tickets was an extra bonus. '<img'>
Sunday, I recuperated at home and realised that I had caught a cold somehow or another.
Monday, Labour Day, I decided to get out for a bit and hung out with a local friend for a while. After I got home, my cold just got worse and so I went to bed a bit early.
Most of my fun was had early in the weekend, so the holiday itself was a bit of a let-down. Doesn't matter though.... seeing as I was sick through much of the day anyways. ':p'

I spent most of the weekend at the cottage, ...boating, fishing,...Water skiing..... riding seadoo,.... done a couple of blasts across the lake at rediculous speeds.....etc... I came back on monday morning and went to the Canadian National Exibition at the Exibition Place in Toronto. watched the cool air show, visited some cool shows, and unexpectedly broke the record at the hand grip strength machine. the standing record held for all week was 235 Lbs pressure, I achieved 241 Lbs with my right hand, and 230 with my left. I was going to ride the "drop of doom" ride but i couldnt convince any of my friends to go with me. The guy walking the high wire 200 feet over the CNE had lots of courage. Labour day is usually a good weekend every year.
