I was tinkering around with my visuals program again, testing some new scenes and projector to help prepare for a gig at MFF, and decided to update my desktop a bit. YAY medusa discoball!  (click for full 1900X1200 res to enjoy it's true awesomeness!)  |

It's called R4, and the free demo is full featured, only with a small demo scroller on the top and bottom. You can find it at http://www.rabidhamster.org/R4/main.php. The image I posted is a single blue particle "scene" with about 6 or 7 overlays that seperated the color spectrum (hence the reds), mirrored it, added the medusa and disco ball. All can be done on the fly and sound reactive. Some of the features are custom made by other users on their forums. PM me if you need any help if you get it. |

Anyone that knows me for more then 5 minutes will learn of my love of the Okapi. So ofcourse it made its way onto my desktop. I will also say that surrounding my monitor at work I have a few pieces of Okapi art too including; a pipey characature made for me by Flopbelly, a heads and tails wooden coin commissioned from Carrie Krueger (whom I totally have a crush on, she's so cute) and my nearly acquired Okapi Con badge made for me by Cicero Cat from the Christmas Exchange this year. My workmates roll their eyes at me, but meh, I know what I like and not affraid to diplay it.  |

I like it. XP is much more stable than Vista, but how does it compare to Windows 7? I haven't had a chance to use 7 yet.
