It's called R4, and the free demo is full featured, only with a small demo scroller on the top and bottom. You can find it at

The image I posted is a single blue particle "scene" with about 6 or 7 overlays that seperated the color spectrum (hence the reds), mirrored it, added the medusa and disco ball. All can be done on the fly and sound reactive. Some of the features are custom made by other users on their forums. PM me if you need any help if you get it.
