Maxwell couldn't take it anymore...he had sensed Claer's sadness and heard her thoughts of grief even from such a long distance away. Maxwell reached into his pocket and pulled out the pistol which he had for protection on the streets. "It's over...I've lost it all because I broke the rules...I've lost my job...my home...and now...my only chance at happiness...this is the only way for me to solve it now..." he said in despair as he raised the gun and put it to his temple. He clicked the safety off and was just about to pull the trigger when he was tackled and knocked out cold by a docter who had saw him raise the gun to his head...it was Dr. Simmons...one of the head docters and head of employment. "This has gone on long enough! Damn you Dr. Hammond!...You're obsessive need to obey protocol has ruined two innocent young peoples lives." he said angrily to himself as he whipped out his pager and paged Dr. Hammoned with a VERY angry message, which said
"HAMMOND! GET YOUR A$$ OVER TO INTERVIEW ROOM NOW!"
With that message typed, he sent it and paced the interview room angrily, awaiting Dr. Hammond...he was going to rip her a new hole to breath out of...he was a docter who knew the importance of protocol, but knew that sometimes it was neccessary to break it...or at least turn a blind eye to those breaking it.

Name: Alearance Mishkov Age: 23 Appearance: Anthro Wolfdralisk. Where Tundras fur was bleach white, his is midnight black, and his eyes are a dark brown that is commonly mistaken for black. He is shorter and more built like an Personality: Where Tundra was silent and passive, Alearance is a whirl wind of emotion and action. Background: He's Tundras younger brother. He was distraught over hearing his brother tossed into the Psych ward, and comes to visit him whenever he can. He doesn't get along with the staff at all, and has given the director more than a few ear fulls about how his brother is treated.
Alearance smiled to himself as his car gently hummed through the road to the asylum. It was dark out, and he already missed his brother. He knew nothing had changed, but it was always nice to see him. While driving through the trees, he noticed a small Snaox lying in the rain. With a curious little ," Hmmm..." he pulled his car over to the side and carefully walked over to her. He was clad in the stark white uniform of a infantry officer, his pistol was holstered at his side.
"Excuse me... maam? Is something wrong?"

Claer jumped a bit and looked over at the newcomer. Her face turned angry and hard. "GO AWAY!" She screamed at him and started to cry hard once more. Then she saw his pistol and longed for it, even though she hated using guns. She turned her body away from him and curled up even more. "JUST GO AWAY!" She screamed again and her ears flattened to her head. Her eyes were blood shot from the rain pounding into them and her paws were clearly broken so she couldn't use either one.

Limbnauth was helping a doctor carry a patient to the medical ward when suddenly he dropped the patients legs. He fell to his knees and clutched his temples. He then very dramatically fell flat on his face. He lay sprawled out until a doctor hoisted him up and carried him to the medical ward.

Alearance winced as Claer yelled at him. He didn't notice how she'd looked at his pistol in the dark rain, he slowly began walking towards her.
"Whats wrong... I want to help..."

Claer heard him walking towards her and got up in the flash of lightning. She looked at him with her blood shot eyes angrily. "I SAID GO AWAY!" On her wrist was a band that all patients had to wear just for this occasion. If they escaped outsiders would know they were patients in the ward.

Alearance winced as she yelled at him again, then he froze as he saw the wrist band. He suddenly longed to draw his pistol, but he knew that that would be shameful in so many ways. He instead crouched low, speaking in a soothing tone.
"Ok, I'll leave... just stay here though..."

Alearance leapt into his car and turned on the music and then he grabbed his cell phone and called the director.
" Dr Hammond? Are you there?! I got one of your damn patients out here crying in the rain?!"

Limbnauth woke up thrashing in his restraints. He began screaming about something. The only words anybody could make out were "They are coming. OH GOD HELP ME They are coming!" Suddenly he was standing up next to his bed. He took two steps still screaming, then suddenly he fell quiet. He swayed slowly in place for a long moment.

Hammond looked up disturbed, as her beeper went off. She considered ignoring it as she studied the person laying in front of her. The doctor was in Abigail's cell, sitting next to the bed where the ocelot laid. The girl had barely moved - save for the fact that she was now clutching one of her trembling paws with the other, the latter seemingly unable to make the first stop shaking. That, and the tears that now ran freely over her furry cheeks were the only movements, the only visible signs of life. Clearly, the young patient had gone into a shock of some sorts and doctor Hammond still was not sure what to make of it.
When her beeper went off again, Hammond picked it up and stared at it. "HAMMOND! GET YOUR A$$ OVER TO INTERVIEW ROOM NOW!" the screen read. The doctor frowned, re-reading the message and then shook her head. Had everyone here gone mad?
With a sigh, the woman got upon her feet, casting one last worried glance at her patient before leaving the girl's cell.
"Please, give her something to sleep. She could use some peace right now." Hammond said to a waiting nurse as she stepped outside the cell. Then, as she started making her way towards the interview room, she muttered. "We all could."

OOC: Hammond is not the director, she isn't that cool ;P But I'll make her one of the head-doctors or something. She has a thing for protocol anyway *chuckles*
Before Hammond could even get as far as halfway, her cell went off. She drew a sharp breath, then picked it up.
" Dr Hammond? Are you there?! I got one of your damn patients out here crying in the rain?!" Hammond was silent for a moment, trying to identify the voice on the other side of the line. "Who is this?" she asked, then added. "Never mind. Whoever you are, bring Claer in, please. I will inform security about your arrival - unless you require help getting her here, that is?" Hammond paused a moment, then frowned. "Is Claer okay? Physically, that is."

Simmons left the interview room and found Dr. Hammond halfway in the hall "There you are!!! Let me tell you something, you pesky protocol junkie!" he said, siezing her by he arm and haul dragging her to look at the unconscious form of Maxwell "I know all that happend...and let me say I'm VERY dissapointed in how you handled the damn situation! Because of you're incessant obssessive need to follow protocol in all it's rigidity, Maxwell almost commited suicide!!! What the hell were you thinking, dammit!? When you signed on to work here, you swore an oath to be compassionate towards everyone...that includes staff! Maxwell is not an official docter, and I have no bloody idea why the hell you keep thinking he is...he is not restricted by the protocol that we follow...but your constant drilling it into his head have made him forget that! Now Claer is missing, I've got a once fine caretaker and good friend to all the patients suffering from severe mental, physical and emotional despression...and all hell has broken loose! and you had a hand in it! Don't even think of blaming it all on Maxwell...because if you do...so help me...I'll hit you so hard into the unemployment line your head will spin and fly off!!!" he tiraded furiously adn he gave her such a fiery glare it was frightening.

Limbnauth said in a cold voice, "I am forcing you down now." Then in a whining almost childlike voice he said, "Please no!! They will get you! Am I the only one who can see it?"
The cold voice replied, "We all sense it, but you are reinforcing their reasons for keeping us here. Now please go quietly."
Suddenly Limbnauth shook violently, then stood a little bit hunched over. He turned and sat down on the bed that he recently teleported out of. He put his hands in his face and sighed deeply.

Tundra laid in his cell, trembling from the inside out, his crest flared up and the wonderful combat hormones began flowing back into his body. It had been three years since he'd last had an incident, and three years since he'd spoken. "God it feels good to be back again..." For some reason the hormones in his body off set whatever had originally made him go quiet. His recent out break confirmed it. He looked at the door and began pounding on it, anything to keep his hearts pumping the hormone through him. He prayed that the room wasn't sound proof as he began screaming at the top of his lungs.
Mean while Alerance tried to speak calmly. "I'm worried if I try anything she might become violent... I'll wait here for them... Don't worry... I'm Tundras brother by the way..."

Hammond blinked, once, twice - the conversation with whoever was on the other line rudely interrupted as she dropped her cell. She suppressed a moan when doctor Simmons grabbed her arm in a rather painful fashion and another during the tirade. She was being blamed of what? Obsessive following of protocol?
When the tirade was over however, and once her initial surprise had faded, anger started to boil. She was being blamed of everything now?! How..?! She felt how blood rose to her cheeks, but managed to maintain a steady voice as she began to speak: "Doctor Simmons, how dare you drawing conclusions like this?! One of my colleagues found doctor Maxwell in a rather emotional state, together with Claer. He called me and asked me what to do. I thought it best to separate the two, so that both the patient and the doctor could come to their senses again - because clearly, they were both in distress. So instead of judging doctor Maxwell, instead of accusing him of anything, I suggested that he would be taken to one of the interview rooms. And treated with the utmost respect at all times. As for drilling protocol into doctor Maxwell, I have never raised my voice to him, ever! I have merely instructed him to follow protocol the best he could - as I was told to instruct him, and every other person that works here. Then there is the matter of Claer: someone already found her and if you had not so rudely interrupted me a moment ago, I could have actually finished the conversation with this somebody."
The female doctor glared at Simmons, furious with the way she had been treated - and somehow, had ended up getting the blame for everything that had went wrong, while all she had been trying to do, was restoring peace!
"Now, if I were you, I would check up on doctor Maxwell, rather than shouting accusations at me. Especially since you clearly did not even research the situation. Meanwhile, I will make sure that Claer gets back in."

Claer was tired of the man hanging around. She got up and ran off, holding each paw with her arms as she ran. Then she stopped right at another clearing. However, in the middle of this clearing was a shiney object. She tilted her head curiously at it then began to close in on it.

Dr. Simmons remained unphased. "I DO blame you, Dr. Hammond. I just told you, Maxwell is a paid caretaker, not a licensed doctor. Our protocol does not apply to him....Tell me...is love truly wrong? Because you broke up true love. You singlehandedly destroyed the lives of a patient and a loyal companion of many patients. I want you to think about that while I go and check on Maxwell." he said coldly and calmly. he left her with a highly disgusted glare as he went into the interview room to check on Maxwell...he had awoken, and he had his gun in his hands, looking at it sadly. Simmons stuck his head out of the doorway "Hammond! get the Claer issue squared away please....I think YOU need to speak to Maxwell." he said as he gently took the gun from Maxwells unresistant paws.

"No." The answer was short, simple and spoken in a surprisingly calm manner, considering the fact that Hammond was desperately fighting against the tears that stung in her eyes. In her hand, that only lightly trembled, she held her cellphone with which she had just called a couple of the security guards, ordering them to go outside and look for Claer. "You keep telling me that it was I who brought ruin upon Maxwell's life, upon Claer's life and did so deliberately. I already told you that one of my colleagues came to me and told me that Maxwell was not all right. When I saw him with Claer, I decided that I wished to investigate the matter further, in a calm and orderly way. As opposed to my colleague, I might add, who told me that this was against protocol and that Maxwell should be punished. If the protocol does not apply to him - then why was I not told so? Then why was my colleague not informed of this either?" Hammond shook her head, only barely able to keep herself from bursting out into tears because of the things she was unjustly accused of. "It does not matter. I will not look after Maxwell - or any other patient for now. Clearly, you find me unable and unprofessional, despite me having told you about my intentions and what has happened. I acted to the best of my ability and according to the limited knowledge of the situation that I had - unlike you, who seems surprisingly in the know. True love? Now that's something I did not know..." The woman's teared eyes flared for a moment - Simmons knew more about this affair?! And instead of acting in the best interest of Maxwell *and* the patient, decided not to break them up? Perhaps she was wrong there, in thinking that breaking up would be the best solution, but still, Simmons knew more than she did and somehow, was blaming her for wanting to investigate the matter by sending Maxwell to the interview room?! Blaming her for the fact that a seemingly stable doctor had decided to take his life because he felt guilty about the affair?! "If you think that I acted wrong - and you clearly do, then I will wait in one of the interview rooms until you start an investigation concerning my activities as a doctor here. At least, I expect you to start an investigation rather than firing me right away, given the fact that my other 20 years of service here were highly appreciated." Hammond opened her mouth as if to add more, but then decided against it. Quietly, she walked away from doctor Simmons, no longer able to fight her tears as she left him alone with Maxwell.

OOC: I'm going to introduce a new character here and answer to Makir's post. If someone think I'm getting overzealous here or something like that, just give a shout. I just wanted to give both Tundra and Makir something to reply to/ play on with (Also, CT: thanks for the nice RP - dramatic situations are always fun for protocol-loving people *does an evil chuckle* ^^) Tundra could already feel the hormones slowly fading through out his system, his vision began to darken and a sad low whimpering escaped him as he clawed and slashed at the door, willing it to brake. "No... please don't leave me in here..."
One of the nurses, standing outside the door, hesitated a moment. It was Fern, a black she-wolf with grey flecks all over her back and tail. In her paws, she held a plate with some food and a glass of water. And of course, the prescribed medicines. She was one of the nurses that was specifically charged with the preparing and dishing out of food. "Tundra?" she asked shyly, trying to keep her voice as steady as she could. She knew Tundra would get only more upset if she sounded panicked or anything the like. "I have brought you something to eat. Also..." The young woman hesitated a moment or two, before adding: "I would like to make sure you don't have any injuries." She held her head askance, listening to any sounds coming from within the room. "I will not be alone however," she then said, nodding at the big ram-like man standing next to her. "Protocol and all that." The girl smiled for a moment, almost as if she regretted not being able to get in just y herself. And in truth, she was. The young nurse had developed something of a liking towards Tundra, intrigued by his silent nature. From what she heard, he only freaked when others did - and to be quite honest, Fern thought that was not that much of an irrational reaction. Save for the fact that when she would freak out, only a few people would be impressed by it, whilst a freaking Tundra was... Far more impressive. "Well, is it allright?"

Limbnauth sighed deeply and stood up. He walked over to a group of docotrs. "Sirs, I would like to return to my room. I am completely fine, and call a security team if you like."
A man in a white-coat, strongly resembling a German shepherd, was the first to look up. He studied Makir for a moment or two, weighing the patient's words and then nodded. "I am glad to hear that, Limbnauth," the man spoke, his voice calm and controlled. "I will escort you to your room, trusting you on your word that you indeed have calmed down." He stepped away from the group, making his way towards Limbnauth. The doctor was no stranger to Limbnauth - it was doctor Porter, one of the more older and experienced doctors of the Asylum. He was impressed with Limbnauth, both as a doctor and as a person. After all, one did not often get a patient that helped out so well.

Simmons rubbed his temples. "Perfect...I have a heartbroken caretaker turned suicidal and now I have a docter who refuses to even check up on him." he said, clearly in distress....then an Idea hit him. he got Maxwell to his feet and led him to the interview room that Docter Hammond chose he sat him down at in a chair adjacent to Hammond "Well...I will not fire you, Hammond...I am also not running an investigation on you. But your colleague....that's another story. I sent out a memo about the Protocol situation and Maxwell when we hired him...I guess you did not recieve it. However, I am almost certain that your colleague did. So there fore, I will run an investigation on him, to see if this is a misunderstanding, or a simple hatred of psionics....But I beg of you...please speak to Maxwell...give him some reassurance that you didn't do all of this...I no longer believe that you did...given this new info involving your colleague. I had come to reason that YOU were the one who observed them becoming involved and split them up....I tried to explain that to Maxwell on the way over hear, but he won't listen...he won't respond to anything I say...He's just too depressed." he said, gesturing sadly to Maxwell, who laid his head on the table and covered it with his arms, sobbing softly.

Hammond looked at Simmons for a moment or two, pondering the situation. Her eyes were dry again - she had made sure of that since she had been expecting to be interrogated - certainly her tears would not help her in such an investigation. But instead, Simmons had come in to apologize. Or something like that anyway - whatever it was, it had been enough for the female doctor to regain her confidence.
"Very well," she nodded, her voice still somewhat unsteady. Her deep brown eyes wondered towards Maxwell, who was simply sitting there. It reminded her a bit of the way Abby had looked after Claer had pushed her away - far, far away. She could only hope she had better luck with Maxwell then she'd had with her patient. "I will do my best."
Hammond got upon her feet, straightened some folds in her white coat and approached Maxwell. Before she sat down on the table near him, she looked up at Simmons. "Please leave us."
