To Kayle Storm

A little while ago, I offered a personalized poem to anyone that wanted one, and the only response was from Kayle.  I wrote this poem about his fursona, Kayle Storm.  I finished it more than a month ago, but I finally decided to post it here.

If anyone else would like one, I'd be glad to write some more. 

To Kayle Storm

When nature created you
From the tips of the Eastern Alps,
Scraping snow off from
The summit just south of Munich,

Looking down on Austria and Germany,
Crystal sickles glimmered in sunshine.
A whisp made you a vagrant spirit,
No 'kern,' no line to follow, no

Conductor to your untouchable melody,
Drifting through abandoned hearts.
I heard it once and saw how love had
Made you whole, handing you the bass

As you grasped your vocalist.  Grasp
The air when the sky plummets.  Though
Triads turn dissonant, know freedom comes
Not through rebellion, but with

An arm around you, holding you above
Love's tearful solitude.  While November
kills golden lilies, snow gleams
With majesty only found in dreams.

It looks and sounds better every time I read it, Alexandre.  Thanks again for writing it!

Huh...I'm usually not into poetry, but I have to say I liked that poem. I didn't see the first offer because I rarely come into this part of the site. But if you can, I wouldn't mind one. You've got skill with words.

C.T., thanks for your comments.  Everyone has a board they like to visit more; I just sorta hang out here. 

Actually, for future reference (and so I don't have to write it every single time), I'll be sending a message like this:

I'll be glad to write a poem for you!  Of course, I'll need to ask a few questions about your fursona.  What is his name?  Where was he born?  Where does he now live?  What are his interestests and likes?  What does he dislike?  What's his favorite food?  What else should I know about him?

The more information you can send, the better. 

I'll get to work on it once you send a little info, 'kay?
