Be prepared for wet weather, San Jose has some wet weather on days the convention is running. Umbrellas, galoshes, and windbreakers advised. Have a great convention! Awwww. Doesn't sound like anything feline fursonas would like. But it sounds perfect for aquatic fursonas. It's like that pretty much every FC. Although at the moment it's just windy and not raining, so it may be like last year (and not the fair downpour of 2008).

Just an update: the room I'm offering is 450 sq ft with a big patio. It's got a shower and bathtub. There's direct outdoor pool access, but I'll doubt it'll be any use. It'd be a shame if we were the only ones there. There's only 1 King bed, but we can alternate.
As an added bonus, I'll pay for the first night! Check-in Wed evening and check-out Mon morning.

Just finished packing... I'll be arriving today in just a few hours Be warned, San Jose is currently experiencing severe storms. There was even 3 - 5mm diameter hail.

So FC was amazing!!! And honestly, I'm amazed at how many furtopians were there that I saw and not even realized they were there until I rechecked this post >>; But I did get a chance to catch up with a couple friends (like tabbi or streak). I'm already saving up for FC 2011 ... man, I've missed furrying out. *loves*

Well, I must say that this was one heck of a con to attend. Between meeting a huge number of Arizona furs, staying awake until the wee hours of the morning (only to wake up five hours later and do it all again), and the countless other experiences, this was by far the best con I have attended so far. For now, it is definitely time to get some real sleep.

Pretty much what Silver said (minus the Arizona furs bit). Excellent convention, had an awesome time. Chatted with tons of people, learned how to play Werewolf, actually was social at night (stayed up until the wee hours of the morning chatting with folks, good stuff), got some cool pics with my new camera, and generally loved to be Furry. Saw a lot of Furtopia folks as well, I think almost all the ones that were at the con. As the PCD sets in, I already can't wait for FC2011. Also, Onai, Scrimno was in that cafe as well, if you'd just stuck around outside the glass a bit longer you would've seen him And now, a random pic I took at the con: http://i184.photobucket.com/albums/x207/RelaxingDragon1/P1000061.jpg

... learned how to play Werewolf ... There's Werewolf at MFF as well (though it's under the name "Lupus in Tabula", which might be why you missed it). You might enjoy that next time you go to MFF; I found it to be a complete blast.

You might enjoy that next time you go to MFF; I found it to be a complete blast. Well, it was called Lupus in Tabula here as well, Werewolf's just the shorthand. And I was dimly aware of it being played at MFF, I was probably either busy playing BS or too nervous to get in on the game (I'm not good with big party games like that, it only worked so well here because I was in one of the first games of the con. Got in on the ground up, so to speak). From now on, if I ever see it at a con, I'm definitely playing it. It's a ton of fun, especially if there's some loud, talkative people playing.

Between meeting a huge number of Arizona furs,
We had a huge attendance there. I personally know of over twenty Phoenix furs that made their way up for the weekend. Who knows how many others from AZ made it.
