Small little fox, so dear, so kind--
Met his fate with jaws of steel--
No longer did he walk to norm--
He fell in a pool of crimson.

She came along in silken fur--
Dark as night, eyes bright and blue--
Found sweet fox lying there--
Made him promise to her little deal.

Together they went--
One promised to love, one promised to guide--
Along the path to the golden river--
They walk together.
