Going to a model contest this coming weekend on Fri., Sat., and Sun.
It's a three day event.

Was doing some wood working in the garage. Saw one wasp on the floor. Happen to look up at the window. Twenty or more there. One I can handle. Too much for me. Sprayed the window down and went inside.

A few more tweaks and adding some finish and my outdoor plein air settup will be complete. Will still take some weeks to get the oil paint palette finished. Built the substrate holder to accommodate 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 inch panels. It will also fit sizes from 5x8 to 11x14. Will still need to build a few panel carriers for both bare and finished paintings.  Even have an old fashioned hard shell roll around suitcase to carry everything in. Most people use back packs. Because I'll never be able to hike into woods or go around streams or rivers the suitcase does me just fine. If I can't find anything to paint from a safe distance I'll make something up. :)

Baking for Thanks Giving. My mom wants a French Apple Tart. Been a wile sense I last made one of these. I'd have to say having a food processor makes the French dough a lot easier to make.

Probably working.

Since I am taking time off before thanksgiving, I will probably have to make my commitments by working FRI/SAT/SUN anyway.

Awesome Rocket!

All the dec is done. Making Ciabatta bread now. Will be making cherry raisin bread latter. Already make seven different kinds of cookies. More to go. Plus some time this week I'll be making my 'Pineapple Ginger Cake of Death' upside down pineapple cake. OK, it's really a cake with a lot of ginger with just enough red paper to have a zing. Christmas eve I'll be making polenta marenara and the sauce for the lasagna.

The seven cookies.
Anise orange sugar,
Oatmeal raisin,
Oatmeal walnut nutmeg,
Chocolate chip
Chocolate mocha with twice the chips, coffee and coco powder.
Peanut butter,
Cinnamon almond.
