Looking for Artist for fursuit and tail design

I am looking for an artist that can make scaled drawings for a fursuit.

It's the best depiction of what I want.

It would be a little hard to fit into a small charioteer, so I'm
thinking a older drawing would be better.

As for construction I can handle the mechanical stuff, I competed at battbots, however I'm not an artist.

I started working on an animated tail, which I plan on having done for AC.
 The tail is designed with a 1/4 tubing core and laser cut foam pieces making it taper. There will then be 4 control cables run threw an outer layer of stretch fabric. The fur will then go over it and be attached at the two ends. If others are interested I will make the plans and/or kits available.

I plan on making the head out of layers of foam that will be laser cut to size. I can then smooth it off and add the fur.

My main issue is the head and how to make it look right.
I am also trying to figure out how to make a tar version with legs that looks right.

I will start measuring myself for ballon drawings.

I am also looking for a 3D cad program that can make slices.
