Glad you asked! Nope, I haven't. Snow does have a rebel trooper that rides her though. Snow has been Naughty and has been running loose, so her rider hasn't caught up with her yet. For comic-con Hana, the rider, plans to have Snow prepared to show.

Hana is a largish doll I bought at the thrift store and I dressed to look as close to a rebel trooper as possible and I put straps on her so she can be word like a backpack and blend in with Snow's fur so it looks like the rebel trooper is riding her. Snow needs a bridal, though to complete her look!

Damn. And here I am without a 501st Legion Stormtrooper uniform.  Otherwise, we'd go out and hunt us some Rebel scum!

what did you use to shape the foam?

I just used upholstry foam and carved it into the desired shape i wanted. This mask went through hell and back with its preffered shape because I my style is very realistic and I couldn't get the tauntaun head-shape right. She's very accurate, now, to a real tauntaun head. They have HUGE domes! Big craniums!
