I finished this about a week ago, and as it has arrived at its new home, I can now post pictures.
This is Little Pip, the main character from the Fallout Equestria fanfic series. I haven't actually read it myself, but it's supposed to be one of the better fanfics out there. Somebody commissioned her from me as a present to the author.
I am really pleased with how she came out. Her jacket and pipbuck (little arm computer) are both removable. And she is three feet tall!
