Nachos for dinner!

Who doesn't love nachos?

I love them. With lots of cheddar cheese sauce, ground beef, diced tomato, onion, sour cream, etc., etc. YUM! :)

While randomly browsing the local library today, I came across a book titled "Nachos for Dinner" by Dan Whalen.
Lots of tasty recipes inside. Not so many pictures though.

The salvage food store I frequent had Taco Bell's nacho cheese for a dollar a jar. I'd get corn chips from Kroger then settle down for a cheap, but tasty, lunch.
