Title: Northwestern Furries board

I've seen there are boards for most of the other regions.  What about a Northwestern Furries one?

Regional stuff goes in Furry connections and contact forum (http://forums.furtopia.org/index.php/board,99.0.html) for now. The Regional child boards will get sorted at some point I believe though.
