The U.S.N.E.S. colonized the seventh planet in the Nelacery Star System. Little did they know, that lurking beneath the thin crust of the planet, was a force more dreadful than all the wars accumulated by the human race until this time. Soon after landing the last of the civilian pods, miners bored into the caverns of the sleeping beast, awakening a horde the likes of which hadn't been seen since the collapse of the Nelacery Star System. Ninety-four years of slow, painful war with the beasts beneath nearly eradicated all of human life. Until the year 3141, when the U.S.N.E.S. did the SMART thing and pulled out, abandoning the planet to the blood thirsty beasts that lie beneath the planet's crust.
