Soo, I was writing something about some recent events, and thought it turned out quite well so I
thought I'd share it.
The Dark Truth
You think you have me.
You think wrong.
You don't realise
That I carry the deadliest of weapons inside.
The truth will be known
No matter what you throw at me.
I will face the hell you bring,
And let the truth be known.
You seem to think you can hide behind your lies,
That you've got them all hypnotised.
But what you don't realise
Is the power I bear inside
The truth will be known,
No matter how you crush me.
Give it your best, I'll stand firm,
Because some things must be known.
After all, the lies about me are far less dark than the truth about you.
