I just completely re-did mine

The only problem is I lost the cooldown timer on my skills, so i'll have to figure out a way to get them back. Dor now that bar remains hidden.

Very nice!  After playing a mage for a year I managed to memorize the timers for the various abilities.  Give it a little time and you'll find a nice spell rotation for the various situations you'll encounter.

If you feel like it, download the Bongos mod. It was what I used. The nice thing is the scalability and being able to easily bind keys and then hide the bar.

You have to add the frames manually though, its eepanels. It's nice for the visuals, though it adds no real utility.

I find your lack of buttons disturbing.

I'll post mine in a couple of minutes.

Edit - BAM.

Still sportin' the Lawbringer shoulders.

Refuse to replace them.

A combo of Bongos, Perl, and some non-visible raid mods.

Just got my T4 pants.

I gave up WoW for about a month.
I just ended up playing other video games instead!

Last night I downloaded and installed the mazzle UI. Very fancy.

Not sure If I want to keep it yet. Some of the features are nice but I liked the look of my old UI. Time will tell.

I also use the stock UI for the most part. I tried using a few different action bar addons but they all didnt work very well with my druids shapeshifts. But here is a pic of my UI with my new hunter who looks like an 80s punk  (warning, huge image. I run at 1920x1200)

It's probably because I'm not really that addicted to WoW yet and I like to play original. Besides I can manage this way as well. I got a hunter which don't have that many skills. Also I made my own macro's and hotkeys to use so I don't have any problems. Most are just used to be lazy anyway.

I am so jealous! This LCD monitor is nice, but it caps at 1024x768 '<img'>

And I decided to switch back away from mazzle. It has some nice features, but... meh.

I did change it a bit though. The combat log tabbed with the general now.

I do like the range thing alot. I'm just no fan of all the resettings of all those icons. I'm fine with the standard.

I only play with a few addons:

FlagRSP2 (I'm on an RP server, this nifty little thing lets you see written descriptions of other players)
FishingBuddy
MetaMap

Here's what things looked like pre-40point talent patch:

Fullsize
Basically just Titan Panel, CT raid, and SCT (Yep, no cooldown timers here, you get the feel of yer toon after playing it for a year)
(*sigh* those were the good ol' days, before that infernal patch destroyed the old endgame raiding)

And post:
Fullsize
SCT is about all that worked post-patch (yes, I played the rogue quite well without 'timers', I knew my toons inside and out ':p')  One of the last screenshots I took, if you look at the filename it has the date in it, 01/30/2007, 5 days before I canx'ed my accounts.  Best decision I ever made!

Free pouncehug to whomever figures out where we were in the 1st screenshot  '<img'>
(okay I'm a deedeedee and just realized that it SAYS where we were...  '')

Im still trying to find a DPS report and combat scroller thats actually accurate, if any of you know of one.  SWStats is always reporting DPS percentage incorrectly for some reason, and the default combat window filters are always a pain.

DamageMeters (Can be found on Curse-Gaming) is pretty accurate. It's what I use in instances and raids. As for a scrolling text, there's a Blizzard made one under Interface Options that is accurate, but doesn't look too great. I don't know if the old SCT is compatible with Burning Crusade but if it is it can be found on Curse Gaming as well.

I found I didn't hav eas much need for the DamageMeter UI as I orginaly thought I did. I've been using a cleaned up version of the Chaos UI pack, along with Auctioneer to give me an idea about when to buy/sell items.

This isnt really about WoW UI but:

You never really appreciate how good WoW is until you cant play it anymore, and you are stuck playing Runescape  '<img'>
