I favor windows over apple any day. Macs are just so... o.o I've worked in computer repair and when my college suite mate asked me for help with a mac problem I ended up crashing his computer and he needed to call up apple (who totally downed me. "He'd a windows user? Figures").

Linux is okay but doesn't seem the most stable to me.

I think of windows I like windows 8 most. I got frustrated when I first got it and ended up going back to 7 for a while, but 8 drew me back and now I'm using it again. I like the fluidity of it. Windows 7 good, but it's basically just a fluffed up version of windows xp (which works, I will say). Windows 8 is like I'm using something different. And I can still get all the similar stuff from previous windows.

My favourite OS is "Gentoo GNU/Linux-libre", as I would call it. Sure, the Gentoo guys call it just Gentoo, and most people call Linux just "Linux", but I find the need to be more specific. Foremost, my system is mostly GNU packages, like most "Linux distributions". Also, I'm running a modified version of Linux, called Linux-libre, which does not contain any "proprietary blobs", as we call them. Pretty much, my whole system is 100% Free Software, and it has been specially configure to decline the installation of any software under a non-Free license.

On my phone, I currently run CyanogenMod 10.1, a so-called "Android ROM" based on Android 4.2.2 (It's a huge improvement over older Android versions, although this new "lockscreen widgets" stuff is pretty useless to me). AOKP is pretty cool as well, but I've had huge stability issues with it. There is nothing I'd love to run more than Replicant with some CyanogenMod features added, but unfortunately my phone does require proprietary drivers to function, so Replicant won't work.

Being a Amiga owner back in the late 1980's I liked amigados
over others at that time. It was capable of multitasking,
and plug and play well before the rest of them.

It's a shame Commodore let it die.

Now days due to software I like I use windows. XP was
a good OP, but I upgraded to windows 7 pro, and it's
faster and works fine.

Three of these are so similar to Ubuntu that you can turn any one into the other with a single meta-package in the software repositories, one of these is just a theme for Ubuntu that hasn't even been released as far as I'm aware, and one of these isn't real ;D
