Ok, this is kinda weird, but what is love? Is it just a chemical reaction or something deeper? If u know what love is or have ever found true love, please tell me about it.

Here is what I think about love:
Love at first site is dumb. Seriously. You are judgeing someone on their looks, and thats it.

As for love... I love everyone! Really! I love you all. o.o; To me, loving someone, is having a friend, and has nothing to do with shex.

I believe love is both something physical and emotional. We use physical actions to express and satisfy emotions.
I also believe in love at first sight, athough, my version is slightly different than normal '<img'>
I met my fiance on the internet, back in 1997, when my sister first got a computer. We kept in touch and talked for several years. In December 2001, he finally convinced me that I needed someone in my life (after several bad relationships) and we finally admitted to eachother that we were in love. In June, we finally met and for the first time, we actually stood in front of eachother. I was in love. We've been living together since February 2002 and he officially proposed to me August 16th (only 4 days ago). My Mom believes, b/c we had gotten to know eachother emotionally before we got to meet eachother physically that our bond is much stronger. I didn't believe in love before I met him. It's really something he taught me to understand. *smiles* I can't wait until I'm his wife, b/c I know he'll be the best husband.

To me love is just being there for a person. It to me was something that just seemed to evolve from a friendship. To me Love is caring deeply about what happens to each other. Love to me is feeling hurt when your love is. Love is being there for the special someone. Love is haveing someone as your absolute best friend. Love is being able to help each other. Love is knowing what the other needs not just what they want. Love is many things and cannot be defined very simply.

To me, love is a deep connection you have to someone. I've though I was inlove before, but found out it was just manipulation... but anyway. I also believe there has to be some sort of physical attractionthere as well. maybe not every case, but I find I am am more likely to speak to a guy I find attractive than not (by not, I mean I just didn't notice them). But what I discover about the personality after the first initial meet is what makes the connection. '<img'>

I remain objective to the concept of love.

What do you concider love? (sic)

A furry kind of love (a poem)

This is hard, but.. (what can happen if you fall in 'love' too quickly)

Oh, and just for the road..

Hello, I love you, won't you tell me your name

My test for love is...........

When you can freely choose to put anothers needs before your own.

Some will say that this is just generosity or selflessness.

I say that this is the true test of love.  Some love all and thus are generous to all.  If you can not place anothers needs before your own you do not truly love that person.

I'll quote someone else for the definition, though I don't know who the quoter is.

"Love is patient, love is kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. Love does not demand it's own way. Love is not irritable, and it keeps no record of when it has been wronged. It is never glad about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every cirucmstance. Love will last forever."

That, AND: love n. - A deep, tender, ineffable feeling of affection and solicitude toward a person, such as that arising from kinship, recognition of attractive qualities, or a sense of underlying oneness.
