Im not sure...but is Panty and Stocking with Garter belt an anime?....I like the show a lot I'm just not positive that its an anime.....

Anime just means it's Japanese animation, and yes it is. It's awful, but it definitely exists.

I think it does meet the  definition of anime   and I agree its  bad

Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt is definitely an anime.
It was animated by Gainax, the same studio that did Neon Genesis Evangelion and Gurren Lagann.
I believe it was partly made as a parody of Western adult cartoons, and its English dub was purposely made very vulgar.
I think the creators thought of it while drunk, if I remember correctly.

I love Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt. I like its art style, especially during the transformation sequences.

I just wasn't sure but I very much enjoy it... My favorite charcter is Chuck .... Because itbreminds menof myself c:
