You said post bug reports but didn't specify a place, so I guess this is as good a place as any!

I tried sending an instant message to someone, and I don't know if it worked or not.  I do know that it didn't show up in my outbox.

You have to click the check box to save the PM to your out box. It won't do it automatically.
I'D ALSO LIKE TO POINT OUT!
The forums will not naturally tell you that you have a PM like the old forum. You need to go into your profile and set it to announce PMs manually.
