Hope that helps :)

I moved this thread to the Services Support subforum since it's better suited there.

An Internet forum is one medium of online communication that, as the name implies, is generally used as a forum (click for a definition) (https://www.google.com/search?q=define+forum).  By posting an introduction thread, you've already started to participate in the forum.  You can continue to participate in the forum by contributing responses to other threads in other sections.  If there's a topic that you'd like to discuss that you don't see here, feel free to make a thread of your own.

Is there anything else you'd like to know about forums?

No app. But you can access it direct from a browser app. It works reasonably well for me on my phone when I'm on the go.
