I wouldn't worry about a name yet. There's no rush to that. But you can follow my Commission tutorial.......http://forums.furtopia.org/kobuk%27s-fursuit-guides/how-to-commission-a-fursuit-version-2-0/.......Steps 1-11, 18, and 22, to help design your suit.
And as for a name, I was thinking of maybe, Banjo? Thoughts?
Hahaha! I watched that the other night, and before then i wanted a banjo for my birthday, so it just sorta popped into my head, plus banjo and bear begin with a B.Also i remember seeing, "Paddle faster, I hear banjo's" On a funny T-Shirt website, i thought about getting it for a laugh.
You can read my mind?
wouldn't it be difficult to match the colours exactly though?
Yes I can Stefan...
Yes, that can be a bit tricky. For example, a person wants a husky fursuit made with a certain shade of light brown or amber colored fur, but they decide to get the head made by a different maker. It may or may not be possible for one maker to match the same colored fur used by another maker. Getting fursuit parts made by different makers can be hit or miss. It's not just getting colors to match up, but maybe also styles, sizes, or something else. It really depends on what species you get made, design of the suit, color/fur pattern choices, etc.
When I hear or read, "Banjo"...I think of Banjo from Banjo-Kazooie. That's because I really loved those games, the first two anyways lol. And dunno if you know him or not =p being as he is a bear.
Is it possible to ask the first maker exactly the type of fur they are using, then ask the second maker to use that? It seems a little awkward and daunting. I suppose i could just make sure that the maker i use knows what type of head i would like.

I have heard of him, but honestly you only reminded me of him just then, I hope people wouldn't think i based my character on him.
