Ok time to see the beloved pets!!! Â First vote for the pet you have. Â Next start posting links to pictures your beloved pets if you got them to share. Â Why is your pet special to you? Â What kind of bond do you share?

My dog Crystal was a gift from Kada-Ru. Â She is like a sweet little kid... and often spoiled too.

'> Â She has a good heart and is sweet to everybody. Â She also loves to play "tug" and "chase". Â Many nights on the farm I have spent throwing balls and giving tummy rubs.

I put no pets instead...dang, as soon as I clicked it's like, 'Dang it!'

Argh. Eurgh.

Well, while I'm waiting for my pics to load, I have good news!

WE HAVE A PREGNANT FISHY!!!! *dances around* One of the loaches is pregnant! *dances around some more* Hehe, good thing I went to look at them to take pictures....never would've noticed otherwise!

Raef, out of curiosity, how do you know your loach is 'pregnant'? They are egg layers and by the photo 'she' looks plump but not sure about her being full of roe. Just curious. (smiles)

I wish I had a pic of the other to show you, but they're too fast and anytime I get near them with the camera I'm lucky to get even one shot, I was lucky to get 2 today. The other is as thin as a twig, os it's not like they're both fat and well fed. I wondered if it was food (if it was mroe aggressive about getting it) but it wasn't like that for all the time we've had it, I just noticed. It isn't cancer, it didn't look like a growth or anything. Not a sickness, either, the other wasn't affected by it. I'll ask my dad about it, he'd know better than me.

I have a kitty named Rocco and he's the devil! But so cute and flufffy so he gets away with it all! He's 4 years old now, got him three years ago from the humain society.

I used to have fish, and I LOVE Khulie Loaches!!! XD

And I've also had many rats. I've had Hilary, Bessie, Ginger, Cookie, Vicki, Emily, Molly, Pepper, Reginald R. Ratfink, and Zoink! I've only ever had two at once though... and unfortunately I've developped an allergy to them so I can't have any anymore!

My dog, Ginger. I'll take pictures sometime. She has the most screwed up personality I've ever seen in a dog. I swear, she must be Scooby Doo's long lost cousin. She eats too much (you can't stop her from doing that, because she won't stop bugging you for food if she's hungry) and she has the same exact bark thing. You know, ru-ru-ru-ru-r without the whole Scooby thing.

i got a dog called louis. He's a springer spaniel and probably the only one i know who doesnt like water. He's very disobedient but not violent and he's a great dog nonetheless and i love him to bits. He's very hyperactive but he knows when to calm down. He's not the brightest of dogs either. I saw him run into a tree once. I know he's so special tho because he had to have an operation for some blood condition, and the house was so empty and lifeless without him. I missed him too much. And that was only for 3 days. When I'm on holiday i worry about him. And i have done things to him that i regret. Ok I'm gonna shut up before I get all emotional lol. I cant offer any pics though. sorry.

I have a lot of pets, so I didn't bother voting.

First on the list are my two dogs. One is a seven year old dalmation named Missy. We had her since she was just an 8 week old puppy! She has black spots and the poor thing grew deaf over the years. What's really cool was that she was born on the same day my dad was! The other one is a 1 year old Akita named Zoe. We got her from the pound. I have no idea why someone would put a full-bred, possibly show quality akita in a dog pound, but with the way she acts I have some grim assumptions. She was born on April Fool's Day, and boy howdy it shows! She's mostly white with a few bits of black here and there. Really smart lady, she is.

Next on the list are my two horses. One is a 5 year old "loud" black and white saddlehorse named Tristan. For those of you who don't know what "loud" black is, it's where he shows as black on some occassions and as a really dark brown in others. I think it has something to do with the weather or the sunlight. His previous owner named him after a movie character Brad Pitt played as. He's 15 hands high. The other horse is a 5 year old liver leopard-spotted (meaning she has spots all over the place instead of just on her rump) Appaloosa named Indy. She's really pretty, and is a super priss. *snickers* She lets me hug her all the time. I have no idea why her previous owner named her Indy. o.O Maybe it's short for India? Or Indiana? She's 17 hands high.

The last pet, and my favorite, is Rufus. He's my 2 year old Central American Red-Tailed Boa Constrictor. My baby! n_n He's at 3 1/2' long, and loves to hang on me all the time. He's wrapped around my neck as I type!

Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of them at the moment. I will soon, though!

1 western hognose snake (Marohk)
1 red eared slider (Ni)

You forgot the amphibians...or how ever you spell it.
Frogs, newts, axolotls...and whatever else there are.

i had two axolotls...both died recently.

2 dogs snowy roxy and 1 Â rat Â missy mousey (long story) sounds like a lot but I should also state I have five kids (actualy I get less grief from the pets than my kids)

My 'old' cat of 13 years died in October, by which point I felt like I had a very personal relationship with him (I was sure I could tell what he was thinking by his facial expression

coud not answer because I have/had more than one type pet.

My dad use to train horses when I was back east. We had a horse here. My dad bought her for $1 because the owner started training it to jump to young and her leg was forever injured. We sold her for $1000 to a Lady who wanted to use her for a Breeding horse. I miss her.

I have two dogs right now. Both yellow labs both guys. One 7 and one that is 6 years old. The older (Tanner) we bought when he was a pup. The younger (Milo) we adopted from the pound after he was rescued from bad owner.

I also have a cat. He is the Alpha MAle of the animals in our house. He is 17 years old (About to kick the bucket.) He is a grumpy old man who loves being antisocial unless he wants to be petted.

Also owned fishes and want to own a bird in the future.

I'm a bit late replying to this thread, but I haven't exactly been around here much lately. Â

I have one dog, a big furry Alaskan Malamute that I picked up from the local SPCA a few years back. She'd had a rough life before I rescued her, her previous owners having abused her and then abandoned her when they moved. It took nearly a year of hard work and patience to finally get her acting like a normal dog. Now that she's no longer afraid of everyone and eveything, she's developed into quite the character. She absolutely loves the snow and deals with the frigid winter temperatures in my area with ease. I've been teaching her to pull me along on cross country skis in the winter and on rollerblades in the summer, which is quite an experience. Once she gets going she doesn't like to stop. ':.'
