What’s in that link is not mine, but I am working to complete my own version… (a scale version mind you), and once I perfect that, I’ll try something full size.

It’s just one of about a dozen projects that I’m working on that are temporarily on hiatus until current money situations,
As well as current living situations improve, (no proper place to weld and build anything at the moment).

It's very scary thinking about all this...because in reality, only a small percentage of the population would die instantly. If you are the rest, than you either die of poisoning, travel and die of poisoning, or travel and survive in a dead world... But you'd have to do something.

This is reminding me of a certain mad max film.

At any rate... The general idea is to use the car to get away from the fallout zone if you know you're in one.

The movie was "Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb". It wasn't an ICBM, but just an H-bomb that Major T J "King" Kong (as I listed earlier) was sitting on trying to get the bomb hatch to work in their plane when it suddenly let go. I'm tempted to watch that movie again now.

Dr. Strangelove is absolutely one of the best movies of it's time. I've seen it at least 4-5 times... Great movie.

I'd find a way to get by. I'd have no choice, really. One of the most heartening, and yet most depressing, facts of my life is that so far, nothing has succeeded in killing me ("If I'd known I was going to live this long, I would've taken better care of myself." I can't remember what famous person said that, but it fits

).

So, if I don't die outright at ground zero, I'll probably survive, sick, injured and ultimately just too doggedly stubborn to just give in and die. I don't know now how I'll do so, I 'll be too busy doing it if it happens, and once its over and I'm back in a relatively safe situation and somebody asks me how I did it, I'll have to just shrug and say, "Hell, I don't know," because the question is so simple that the complexity of the answer would make it unanswerable.

1) Get azarian body prior to nuclear apocalypse
2) Not have a nuke dropped directly on top of me during the exchange
3) Thrive in the aftermath, and build an azarian's utopia (Azarian physical forms are designed to be able to self-replicate, exactly for low-population no-infrastructure (thus no cloning facilities) scenarios like this, and to be neurologically pre-configured for azarian minds)

Hijack a car and high-tail it over to my father's house, where there are plenty of guns, food, and ammo so I can stay alive for a decent amount of time. Assuming I don't get vaporized in the initial blast, or end up puking up rainbows because of the radiation.

Get 50000 loaves of bread, 300000 jars on penutbutter, get 50000000 batteries abd 4000 flashlights tell all my friends I'm a furry before they die, drive to Kentucky's Mammoth Cave and go as deep as possible, wait a few years for the surface to be livable on.
