Title: Can't respond to thread?

I just went to the debate forum, and found the "Religion vs. Faith" thread.  It doesn't appear to be locked, but the thread is showing as if I'm not logged in?  I'm only having this problem with that one thread. 

Its not locked, is it?

I've never really ventured into the debate forum other than whatever the most recent thread was, so I never saw the rule thread..
