Post by: Firelight on September 04, 2015, 09:09:19 pm
I got a head and tail today. She's a raccoon! Meet Watermelon raccoon:  (http://i1094.photobucket.com/albums/i452/mossfire4421/20150904_1743291.jpg) (http://s1094.photobucket.com/user/mossfire4421/media/20150904_1743291.jpg.html)

Looks really cute.

With some long sleeved paw gloves and foot shoes you would
be set. :orbunny:

True but just for the head and tail cost me a lot of allowance money and have to wait a while lol.

I moved this to the fursuiter board.
since it's about fursuiting.

Since you have a partial, I would also suggest (when finances permit) getting clothes specifically for your fursuit that are a few sizes larger than what you would normally wear; body sections with fursuit parts on them will look visually bigger than the rest of your body (especially on a small frame such as yours), and the larger clothes will help to compensate for that.

For instance, my shirt size is XL and my waist size is 36", but Rootbeer (http://www.dexcat.net/furfestgallery/v/FurFest+2013+-+Saturday/_MG_3864.JPG.html) has a 3XL Hawaiian shirt and 38" shorts; clothes sized for my everyday wear would have looked disproportionately small on him.  You can see a mild example of this effect on some of the pictures that the original maker took of Rootbeer (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7256692/), such as on the arm sleeves in the center column of pics.
