Well gee.... (thinks hard)

   I found the fandom about a month before I joined furtopia (I don't remember how I found the fandom, probably in my daily habit of browsing Wikipedia.) I joined because I decided that the furry fandom was awesome, and it would be nice to talk with other people involved in it.

Well I here because I am new to this, and wanted to talk with others about being a furrie/furry.  I have lurked on the forms for a while, and learned a lot.  At first I was scared about being a furry, but after reading post after post I found that I was not alone in the dark I had other people arund me that had the same feelings.  So yeah...

I'm part of this forum because, well, I think a lot of others have already said!  I feel welcomed here, despite my non-postingness most of the time.  Most I know from the IRC, since I frequent there more, but I've never felt excluded or anything on the forum!

This is also one of the first furry forums I joined that wasn't adult oriented and stocked full of things that I don't much care to talk about ALL the time.

The People here are nice.
I can find alot of info through easy navigation
The forum is active and includes alot of active members

I felt VERY welcome apon joining.
And i love welcoming new people.

I am here to help New people as i see myself as a "un-official mod" but eh... its all good

Furtopia is the ONLY furry community I take part in. It's family friendly, the people are nice, the discussions are clean and interesting and there's just generally a nice atmosphere.
