Is it just me, or are there a lot of wolves in this thread? Not that I'm complaining.
I'm currently watching Hunter X Hunter (2011) and Space Battleship Yamato 2199.
HXH is probably the 4th long-running shounen anime I've watched a significant amount of this year alone, having gotten to episode 76 in less than a month. It's also quickly becoming one of my favorites, too - it has a very interesting story, and everything is so well-thought-out that it can be mindblowing at times. It is also a bit light on fights, actually focusing more on mind-bending puzzles and other situations that are suspenseful without necessarily requiring violence. That said, when there is a fight, it's usually really intense. I'll be putting this show on hold until the next arc ends so I can run through that (which means I'll have to wait for at least 8 months...), but if that arc can continue the momentum the last 3 arcs had, I'll be ready to call this one of the best anime I've ever seen.
As for Yamato 2199, I'm really enjoying that, too. I'm a big fan of old sci-fi anime, so I kinda figured the remake of an old classic would be great, and it is. I've only seen 6 episodes so far, though, so I'll hold off writing too much until I've seen more.
Next anime I pick up will likely be The Unlimited: Hyobu Kyosuke. I've been meaning to get around to it for a while. It looks really interesting from the trailers at least.
