Help getting my web site down.

i've contacted as many admins I could think of, trying to get my site down, but I haven't gotten anywhere.  I no longer remember the password for the FTP or I'd do it myself.  I can't remember my original log in password either, so I re-registered.

My web site is:
http://www.athen_rye.furtopia.org/

I don't really feel comfortable with my adult art online anymore.  I'd like to either get the FTP password, or  have the mods straight up delete the web site.  I should still have the e-mail I originally registered with athen_rye, so if you send to that instead of this new user name I should still get it.

please, someone help me.

Hey, Rye. WhiteShepherd and Kada-Ru are the only two who can deal with web-hosting issues, I think-- the forum admins and mods can't help with those. I've sent them both PMs, but they tend to be quite busy-- hopefully they'll be able to get it resolved soon, though. Sorry it's taken so long.

I was talking to Kada-ru a few weeks ago, but never heard back from her after my last e-mail.  And I never did manage to get in touch with White Shepard.  hopefully you'll have better luck at contacting them ;_;

I'm sorry but I haven't received any emails from you Rye.  But, after Arbutus notified me I did get your info and sent it to you via PM.  If you have any more problems just let me know and I will see what I can do about fixing it.  If I can't I'm sure WS will be able to.  Good luck.

WS has also been working on another hosting service for those that only want to show off their 'G' rated work.  Separate from Furtopia.

What kinds of problems? Were you able to get into your site with the FTP password?

We use FileZilla which is user friendly for uploading/downloading to/from your website.  You can download it here free:  http://www.furtopia.org/tools

If you have any problems don't hesitate to ask for help.

still not connecting, and firezilla won't work since I have a mac.  I use FTP thing, it's always worked in the past so I don't know why I can't connect now.
