Safari not showing post preview correctly

I've been using a Mac lately. And I've noticed that when I try to use the preview feature before submitting a post, the preview does not show completely. Instead I get the first line, but anything beyond that is cut off. I can scroll to see the rest, but at one line at a time this is very tedious.

I was wondering if there is anything I can do to fix this (change a setting or something), and/or to let WS and anyone else that can do something about it know about the issue.

I've noticed the same thing happen on my iPhone, so I think this is a compatibility issue with how Safari view this site.

I see what you mean, I've just started using Safari myself, and have something similar happening to me, possibly not exact because I'm on a PC, but when I preview a post, instead of one line at a time, it shows my whole post on one line, and cuts off the bottom. Not exactly an easy way to check your post. It may be a compatibility issue, however my specialty in computing lies in creating programs, not the internet, so I can't be sure.

I haven't heard of this before.  But I'll check the simple machines forum for any known issues.

I have the same thing happening, but on a PC. 

I just checked, and the preview works fine in IE.  But I use Chrome most of the time, and the preview does not work properly in that browser.

Must be a minor compatibility issue with certain browsers.

I know this thread is from last year, but given that this issue was never resolved and I have new information concerning it, I felt it appropriate to post here rather than start a new thread.

I disliked the whole "hooftopia" thing, but I did notice one good thing about the temporary redesign. The post preview issue I talked about above did not occur in whatever was being used.

Given that I may try and use that theme (Furtopia skinned) as a workaround.
