Wordpress/Database Issue (SOLVED!)
« on: September 14, 2010, 11:20:51 am »
Hello again, and sorry if I'm getting on someone's nerves about this. lol

I found out that apparently I need to allow access or activate something on my database for the Wordpress installation to even read.

On that DTC control panel thing, all there is is the name of the Database, who I can assign it to, and save/delete buttons. Nothing more than that. It doesn't seem to do much as far as database stuff. I saw there was the PHPmyAdmin link, but I don't know what I need to access that, if that's what I have to get into to get this thing to work.

Again, I have followed the instructions to install WP exactly as it read, and used the information that I got off of the control panel here, and it still won't install. It's kaput.

What should I do from here?

I really want this thing installed ASAP so I can start my project. I had WP before the upgrade; there should be a way to have it now.

EDIT:

I solved the issue.
