Slow Loading TImes

Lately, Furtopia has been loading very slowly for me (about 7 seconds to load every page).  All of my other web pages load fine.  I just want to know if anyone else is having this problem.

I've had this problem on my end as well (for me, it was about 4 seconds per page), and have already PMed WS about it.

I've already contacted Kada-ru about this. There is nothing she can do at the moment. WS is out of state at the moment and I don't know when he'll be back home to take care of the issue.

I have been having slow loading times as well. And a member in the IRC earlier had trouble even connecting to the forums. The site seemed to have had this issue yesterday some too. I was wondering if the servers are located near where I am? We have a big thunderstorm hitting us right now and I was wondering if the servers were in one of those, if it would cause such an issue. I dont know much about servers and that though.  :P

I believe the servers are actually in Pennsylvania, which is a far cry from Nevada according to most standard US maps.

Slow times here as well, (3 seconds or so for most pages, but upwards of 10 seconds on occasion).

The ping time is not bad, 57ms to 84ms on my end, depending on the time of day.
Though I did notice that my 15KB avatar took nearly 2 seconds to load when I did not yet have it cached.
So maybe the server connection is fine, but there's something wrong with reading the stored information, such as all of the text, images/avatars, and theme data.

It's slow here in Mo too.. Hopefully WS will get back soon.

He has had modem problems in the past. Might be something like
that. Just speculation of course.
