Question about web-ftp

Can you edit a file using the Furtopia web-ftp?  I need to copy a file onto a computer, but the network it's connected to won't let me access my actual website. (Something about underscores in the domain name.)

The web FTP will let you upload/download files.

I know you can upload, but how do you download?

EDIT:  Never mind. I figured out how, but the (*^*&^(*^*&% network I'm on isn't co-operating.
