Furry superhero comic commission video, pt. 1 and 2
« on: August 30, 2015, 05:25:50 am »

A YouTube version of a furry superhero comic commission I drew for Chestaclan on deviantART.

This two-minute video represents Pages 1 through 5. The full 11 page comic is already up on the Artwork Announcements forum:

http://forums.furtopia.org/artwork-announcements/superhero-comic-commission-shark-and-hyena-vs-giant-lioness/

Instrumental score from "Titanic: A New Musical" (1997) by Maury Yeston. (Other than both involving a ship and water, it's unrelated to the subject matter, but I thought it had the right tone).

Pretty cool animagusurreal. Nicely done.

A narration in addition to the music would have been interesting if you had enough people
for all the speaking parts, and growls. :orbunny:

Thanks! :)

I'd probably do the narration myself, but I think it might sound better if I could find female voice actors to play the characters.

Yes, perhaps you can find some local furries to help. Might even get someone to send you
a audio file of them speaking the parts you need.. A movie making program should handle
the audio mixing, and leveling.

No voices yet, but here is part 2 :) :

This video represents Pages Six through Eight:

Instrumental score from "Song and Dance" (1985) by Andrew Lloyd Webber and, once again, "Titanic: A New Musical" (1997) by Maury Yeston.

I have Audacity for sound editing. It's just a matter of finding some willing furries to do the voices :).

Looking very well.. :orbunny:  My only suggestion is to make sure
you give viewers time to read the captions. There was a scene or
two that I had to run through again to finish reading.

Of course one could paws it..  (Pun intended  :D )

I look forward to the conclusion.

Old Rabbit -

Thanks!

Yes, that's a problem I often seem to have. I think I may read them faster because I already know what they're going to say. Also, I'm trying to time it with the pre-existing music. I'm afraid it may also be a problem in the third part. But if I ever get a voice cast together, it should help :).
