it means that your IM listings in your profile are incorrectly set. I see that you have put cute little sayings in each of your IM links. while funny, one of them, ICQ, is number-only (not a normal name, such as AIM or YIM have), so whenever you put it in, it states you've done it incorrectly. if you were to remove that from your profile, and either put your real ICQ number or leave it entirely blank, you would be able to edit the rest of your profile without problems.
EDIT: the reason I know this is because I happened to have done the same thing when I was still new.
