Looks good. One thiing I would suggest is when you pose
the head shot to the 3/4 view. The eye on the far side
shouldn't show quite as much. You might use a toy animal to
use for a model. That  often helps when your learning to
draw..

Now if your doing a cartoon it's often ok to show both eyes
much the same even with the head turned a bit. Then it's
more of a style than reality.
