The saddest song ever. Guaranteed to kill you inside. This is the only place I have found it, although I know it must be somewhere else. This is also, coincidentally, the video that helped me decide to save myself from depression.

I don't really cry to music, but I find this song to be sort of that variety. Also deserving mention is a lot of Anathema, such as Suicide Veil and The Silent Enigma. Oh, and this song by Caïna floored me when I first heard it 'cause of how sad and full of rage it is.
