Critique requested on a fursuit head
« on: September 04, 2015, 07:49:26 pm »
Hola folks, currently I'm a little more than halfway finished on my first fursuit build, and as the head is 90% complete (with revisions pending), I would appreciate anyone's input on the head portion specifically.  I already plan to even out the shaving a little more, make the ears pointier and pushed a little outwards.  A silicone lip may be added later.

Please let me know if there are any issues with accessing the pictures.

Oh, and before I forget, he's built on a DVC resin base which included a blank nose and blank eyes.  Jaw does open and all that jazz.

It looks like a nice job to me. Just wondering how you see with the head on. The
eyes seem a bit wide for a human. Perhaps your using a monitor inside.

I look forward to seeing more. :orbunny:

Hehe, I feel a camera would be quite disorientating at times.  This head uses tear duct vision.

Ok on the vision thing.

Yes it probably would take a while to  get used to using a camera monitor. I
am behind the curve on technology. I know the special effects people used monitors
sometimes in some of the creature characters for movies. Of course they don't walk
around that much.
