I read about this on a few news websites. I say, Congrats to the guy! Yay for him for helping the homeless. :) There are people out there who need help. The politicians and authorities should leave him alone and not jail him. Helping to feed the hungry should not be a crime!  >:(

Misread that as feeling the homeless, I mean people deserve their personal space don't they.
But yeah, that's bad mmkay I think I heard this the day it was first reported though (is always on receiving end of media sites via their twitter feeds) always find it amazing how slow/repetitive mainstream news is it's like as if the politicians and police are distracting us from them or something by causing issues that lead to certain kinds of news ^^

Some politicians say only the public should help the poor, then create strict rules
that makes it difficult for anyone to help.

Reminds me of Scrooge from Charles Dickens book. "A Christmas Carol."
Hopefully they will become more compassionate as Scrooge did in the end.

"Surplus population". Of course, people are just statistics, but one person is worth helping.
