hmm.... that's a tough choice. Here's a few that come to mind:

Sonic and Tails, mostly Tails, but that's probably due to fox bias.
Sam and Max, particularly Max though they play off each other really well.
Fox McCloud from StarFox
Rif from Inherent the Earth. A neat little game, though some of the puzzles were a bit too simple.

Nice to see a couple of votes for Ratchet who I also think is a great character. But Sly Cooper is still my favorite because he just has the greatest abilities and toys.

I honestly couldn't show my favourite furry video game character. There's just too much gore. We will have to settle for 2nd best: I give you 'Skaven' from 'Warhammer: Mark of Chaos'. (It's not an individual character... its a species.)

Anyone ever read the Shining Force comic? It was pretty good.

Oh gosh don't get me started on Sonic. I'm the biggest Sonic fan on this site. I could name characters that would make your head spin! For example. Out of the Sonic series Dr. Finitevus is pretty awesome. Oh Lien-Da is so despicable that she is just hard not to love. At first I was a little hesitant about Scourge but after a little more development he actually turned out pretty good, of course when we met Rosy the Rascal I got freaked out. Oh and don't even get me started on Locke... *rambles on for an hour or two*

While she is not really a furry, I would definitely have to go with Felicia from Darkstalkers. She was one of the first characters that introduced me to the allure of female anthro characters back in the mid-1990's! I definitely had quite the crush on her back in junior high school!

For runners up I would have to pick Foxy Roxy from the game Brutal: Paws of Fury, Krystal from the Star Fox series, and Okami.

While not a specific character, I always like the Katta from the Quest for Glory series. They were a race of anthropomorphic cats, most of them seem to be merchants, and they are generally very friendly.

I guess it'd have to be the whole Org. 13! X3 In particular Zexion. The whole cast of the Kingdom Hearts is awesome, but Axel, Saïx and Zexion are the most awesome. And Zexion as a kid? Delightful!
