Need fursuit character reference sheet? Read here.

Several weeks ago, I came across some free character reference lineart drawings that a person could use to design their fursona and/or fursuit. The drawings came from a place called Piranha Petting Zoo Productions.

.
For those people who lack some artistic skills or who cannot afford to commission an artist to draw your fursona or fursuit design, these free templates might just help you out. All you have to do is add colors and markings of your choice. ;)

But please keep in mind the instructions/disclaimer at the bottom of these pics and to give proper credit to the owner/creator of these original lineart drawings.

Standard wolf/canine lineart below.

Standard feline lineart below.

Done with mine.  :)

But this is seriously a great idea just so you can get the colors and patterns down.  I mean, these two sheets alone cover pretty much the majority of the fandom.

Most, but not all species. ;) There's no "standard" lineart drawings for dragons, skunks, otters, birds, lizards, and a whole ton of various other animal species. :(

Thankyou so much Kobuk! :D

If anyone is interested I've removed the white from the templates so it will be easier to colour and modify it.

Canine and Wolf: http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7386/12560065735_6e40da5c20_o.png
Feline: http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3733/12560063975_bce869a135_o.png

All I did to remove the white was open it in gimp and go layer > Transparency > Colour to alpha
I then saved the file as a .png to save the transparency.

When it comes to modifying the template (I'm just telling you my method):
I then open it in photoshop (You can use any appropriate program) to edit it. I have the colour/fill layer behind the outline and a layer on bottom as standard white.
