1. Nothing much, it's minimalistic, which I like, and gets it's job done efficiently.

2. Yes

3. Rather. Personal preference, but I think the link arrangement in the navigation frame would look a bit more 'professional' side-to-side, but that's just my opinion, as I said earlier. XD It makes the two 'spares' look more in-place, if that makes any sense.

Furtopia loads faster than anything with 40 popup ads.

Heh. It's like the Homestar Runner Wiki forum. People find the forum through Google or something and never realize it's connected to a full-featured wiki. The catchphrase of the forum is, "You do know we have a wiki, right?" usually linked to the homepage.
