This last weekend I was in Elmira, New York for the annual Bricklin owners meet. The scenery was very nice and I was able to get some decent pics of both it and some of the cars, along with some other stuff. Took me ages to upload them, had to do it one at a time since Photobucket hates me. Anyways, hope you enjoy them...
Cars:
Bricklin 1
Bricklin 2
Bricklin 3
Red, White, and Blue
Bricklin at waterfall with some French name I can't pronounce
Jets at local museum:
F-15A
MiG-21
MiG-21 2
F-4 Phantom
F-14 Tomcat
A-10 Warthog
A-10 30mm Cannon
Me in the cockpit of A-10
A-10 HUD
And finally, some of the scenery:
Waterfall
Valley
Plains
Mist alongside mountain
That's about it... hope I didn't murder the bandwidth...

Sweet pics! I'm not familaur with Bricklins, are they kit cars or are they a small manufacturer? They look very much like the rear of the chassis is based on a Z-body with a fiberglass front end grafted on and converted to the gull wings.

if I remember right, Bricklin is a low production specialyt British/Euro meant almost exclusively for racing, and named after a race driver (hey, your not the only Autophile around here, Sporty!

::Hisses with delight:: Oh man those are some *hot* cars! I've never heard of a Bricklin either, but I'm glad I have now.
But seriously, what did happen to the valley, plains and mountain pics?

I was kind of driving when I took them.
Didn't have a chance to really go to any kind of nature areas. As for the cars, they were first produced back in the early 70's by Malcolm Bricklin, a Canadian entrepreneur. The car itself was designed by Herb Grasse. (I think that's his last name, may be wrong though.) It was the first sports car with safety features being implemented as one of the most important parts. This includes an all fiberglass body, and bumbers attached to shock absorbers. Back during the test driving with one of the prototypes, Malcolm himself not only crashed it into a wall, but ran over it with a decent sized truck. Neither of which severely damaged it. Anyways... you can probably find more and better details online, as this is just some of the stuff I have picked up.
