So, what it is that you always try to use when cooking? Perhaps a spice, maybe a fruit? WHat is your favorite ingredient?

Mine would be sun-dried tomatoes, and strawberries.

i know its a bundle of spices blah blah blah, but i try to have it as much as possible, any type i'll have it.

Berries.....even the poisonous ones. My stomach says no, but my tongue says yesssssssss.

any kind of onion, or shrimp.
