It wasnt anything furry, but it was my halloween costume. I went as Steve Irwin (the croc hunter) only with a rubber snake attached to my neck, fake snake and croc bites all over me, and a giant inflatable pool gator that I wrestled.

I was the popular freak.

That's awesome.

Meh, I dont show it much. My school does have a slight dress code but its mostly lack of merchendise for me. I dont have any fur-wear. I do want an over sized collar though. Saddest thing is in San Diego, people arnt that...how should i say "tolerant" socially towards furries. It makes me feel really....alone, but at the same time unique so "Cha-Ching!"

It's a little different for me, you see..If you ask ANY kind of question you'll get a stupid answer.

I wouldnt worry about bringing a stuffed animal to school. I do it every single day. People keep calling it a rat, ITS NOT A RAT! ITS A FOX! FOOOOOXXXX!!! I just set him on my computer at school, hes quite happy there.

I decided to wear a collar today, since it's the end of the year and all, noone will remember next year. I guess my school doesn't have many furries. Either that, or nobody decided to comment, heh. Less of a lifestyle thing, more of a for-the-hell-of-it thing.

Then again, it's not personalized or anything, so maybe it looked like a necklace. :P

For me, furry is a love/hate relationship.

Yeah, I'd say I'm pretty open about my furryness at school. I'd wear a collar if I had one, and I'd wear my tail if it wasn't probably against dress code.
I tell everyone I'm a furry if they ask why I'm so into furry art and my own fursona. I almost always get an "oh, okay" kind of answer. I swear, I'm the only furry in my school, nobody knows what the fandom is... But oh well.

I'm kinda shy at school, but the people who have asked about the stuff I draw have been OK with it.

I wear my collar with tags to school, when I can remember(I'm really tired in the mornings-_-)And I have a hoodie with a Wolf on the back inside a dreamcatcher.

Really, I dont think anyone at my school knows about Furry.
It doesnt really come up, accept theres a whole bunch of "hardcore christian" vibes...
I just sulk in my chair and try not to do anything Pagan when they get started with the "bible sez" "adam and eve, not adam and steve".....

It's probably not as bad as I'm feeling it is, but I dont want any drama...>_>

I actually have a red and gold collar and a pet tag with my fursona on it... whenever people ask I just say it's my online alias and I get a few odd looks. I haven't worn my tail to school yet or my ears for that matter... i'm in the process of revamping them both to version two. I made both so i'll easily be able to change them :P Lots of plans for this upcoming school year since i'll be a Junior woot!

Since I only really joined the whole furry fandom last month I was never open with it in school.  I am thinking about getting a tail and wearing it when I go to college if I can.

If I did know more about furry in highschool there would have been a problem.  Well this one time our biology teacher was absent so he decided to have the substitute put an episode of CSI on for us.  Guess which one it was too.

Let's see... Someone outed me about the furryness in the 10th grade, and it was a purely hellish experience all the way up until my senior year. People eventually quit caring, mainly because they knew I drove a truck that I didn't mind wrecking.  '<img'>

If you wear a thick black collar with spikes, people wont think your furry, but they will probably be afraid of you.

I'd wear a collar if I had one...and probably dogtags with my furry code on them or something similar.

When I was little I actually told my dad that a big stuffed dog I had was my 'mate'. '' He played along and got some 'tags' for me and the dog. At my request he wrote stuff like when we had our shots, age, etc.

Ears would be nice, but headgear of any kind is banned totally at my school. This is 'cause people have used anything you could possiby wear on your head to disguise headphones...which are often playing test answers or notes. Oh, how I hate cheaters!

i don't really show that i like furries at school i usually keep to my self, but my B day friends know I'm a furry, unlike my A day friends they think i don't like furries and i don't want to tell them the truth because the way they reacted when i showed them a wiki page about it. i want to start a club for furries at my school so i won't feel so bad about being a furry, i know it's nothing to be ashamed at but my A day friends can be real douches. you may say i shouldn't hang out with them, but their the only friends i have that day and making new friends is really hard for me. i want to get a tail and wear it to school for no reason. :)
