Where do I get a collar tail ect.?

Hi I don't know how to get these items can I just use a regular dog collar? That's all I need because anymore than that and the whole town will be staring at me( I also live In a rough place . People call it the marijuana Capitol of PA! You run into one kid and boom there goes a fight. Througt my time in this town never been in one fight. I've been called pussy and everything. Yes they know I'm different so guess what yes I'm different but I'm also strong hearted and don't give up!
