He considers himself to have a silver tongue or rather just leaves people hanging wanting to know him more.

I'm interested...magical ninja ok?

Last time I was in Renaissance Italy I saw no magical ninjas running around and De Vinci had no notes over them so no...no being a magical ninja

Yet they had things like Etszio Auditore running around like one. ><

And besides...if you never saw one they're doing their job. XD

I'm also reasonably sure that ninjas existed in the 1600's since the dark age of music started around 550 and ended about 1550. Sorry if I'm wrong.

They were more of assassins, not ninja's totally different thing. Most people like to view the two as interchangeable, but they are not. Nanjas and shinobi only had a truly large presence in the 15th century which does place it's self middle of the Renaissance time period, but we are playing it in the earlier Renaissance. Also it would be extremely irregular to find a 15th century Ninja/Shinobi in Italy because the vast majority of them were tied up in the Sengoku period

And actually the 17th century is when ninjas/shinobis began to fade into obscurity thanks to Japan being unified under the Tokugawa shogunate

Hmm...maybe I should throw in someone from my Pathfinder thing...he'd fit fine. Although being a Rogue he could play the same style. How well do you need me to describe how 'leveled' he is?

If there were levelling, which there will be a rudimentary one run by myself.  Pretty much view it this way, the vast majority of you all will be first time users you will have basic gear and equipment. (I still haven't managed to review which is why some people have ungodly amounts of weapons)

I have some stories in pathfinder that would ruin tabletop games. Like being able to carry about 12 tons in money equivalent. >< but it's in gemstones...

Is there any organised worship in this 'game'? And if so can I throw in a similar thing to something I know of that I'll have to change for copyright issues?

the mindless drones worship The Creator.. the corrupt virus thingy. There are a few organized 'religion' but they play a very minor role in the game. pm it to me and i'll let you know

I was wondering if instead of fire magic as a defensive magic I could use minor earth magic defensively?
basically throw rocks the size of a fist, move small bits of earth, create mud

Sir Macaroni: To many weapons, I can allow the dagger and blow darts, but not the sword. plus I need to know what base spells you plan on him trying to have.

Mostly general things, prestidigitation, minor telekinesis like up to 5lbs, fixing Minor things like broken pans and such, a spell to keep him awake (more accurately, eliminate the need/requirement for it), something akin to Magic Missile, maybe something that makes it harder for people to hit him. That's about it, until he learns more anyway.

You could go with more of a faction member instead of military...that seems reasonable to me but that's not my call.

Quicksand will not be allowed at the start. EVERYBODY will be 'improved' upon as we progress.

Wht: You can heal minor wounds with slight strain and moderate wounds with moderate strain.

Furenzied, much to many skills to start with narrow it down to three and i'll revisit it.

Mu: I can allow a minor raise dead, allows for a single dead to fight at your side, and the Poison hex. control might be able to be learned later.

NOTE* All magic uses energy. Yes that means you mages have limited energy. So it's up to you to decide, if you want to use one powerful spell and be spent for quite a while or stay in the fight longer using weaker spells.

NOTE* all fighting uses stamina. So all fighters and thieves. The longer combat goes the more fatigued you will be, and will be more susceptible to getting wounded.
