Sven followed him wondering why they weren't welcome here. He asked "Um, sir why aren't we welcome, is it something we did wrong?" He looked at the ground as they walked, thinking about certain things.

Altius shook his head at Sven. "Isn't it obvious? It's our magic that makes them hate us. Now whether that hate is pure and simple or stemming from fear i couldn't care less about. They try something and i will put them down. Now enough of your talking Sven, we have a task to do." Altius' attitude took a fairly apparent turn south.

They were led to a house in the village, it was fairly nice and relatively big compared to the rest. It was Victorian styled, and mostly white, but tinged oddly from the salty sea air. After being led inside and seated the maid waddled in, being a rather chubby woman she started to ask if they wanted tea before a skink in a suit cut her off "Not now tiffany, strictly business. I am William mcgreggor, the mayor, you came from the school?"

Sven listened to her and said "Yes, the person you want to talk to is this guy." He pointed to Dodger,he looked around at the house, it reminded him of one of his relative's house he went to once.

Dodger nodded and held a hand out to the mayor. "Dodger Acerbi. I am in charge of this group. And yes, we are from the school. We were sent to take care of your... Problem."

Dodger, as you turn your gaze upon him his aura shines in a odd unfamiliar color for the an instant before returning to the color of a normal human. It was brief enough to make you wonder if you saw it . "ah yes, I can't tell you much about it, but" there was a knock at the door "ah, that would be him, john, the door if you please" the butler opener the door. the doorframe was blocked by a mountain of a man, he was clearly over 7 feet tall and NOT a beanpole. "This is angus, he'll be able to tell you more about what has been going on"

"How many villager's does it take to tell us about one problem?! Why don't we go and get the village idiot while we're at it!" Altius was clearly displeased with being tossed from person to person just to get some information. He folded his arms, "I'm going outside for some air." As Altius walked to the door he stopped, standing infront of Angus. "Move or i'll do it myself.." Static crackling could be heard originating from Altius

Shade placed a hand on Altius' shoulder and looked up at Angus. "Can we please get through? He's simply trying to escort me outside so I can enjoy the sun. It's been over 230 years."

"Yes..." Dodger said, giving Aren and Joey each a look, then a quick flick of his eyes to the mayor, trying to alert them that something was up. "Vix, Sven, why don't you accompany them? We'll get informed and be out in a moment..."

Sven nodded and said "whatever you say Dodger." He walked up behind the other two and looked at the man before them and said "Damn your tall." He was surprised to see how much height the man had.

Angus stepped aside and let them pass before coming inside, ducking so he wouldn't hit the roof "Right, so do we get down to business now? You came for the undead, they are in the sea" he frowned "The warm weather made fishing season come early, but when we went out to fish, we were ambushed from below...we HAVE to fish, it's our livelihood" The mayor cleared his throat "Angus here is the only one who has managed to come back several times, we've lost a lot of good men out there, but this..."

Altius shot Shade an angry glare, but began to calm down once outside. "Thanks. i think." Altius folded his arms again. "I'm starting to have serious doubts about deciding to come to this school."

Sven walked outside and sat down on the porch. He said "Don't be such a downer, we will have action sooner or later." He wiped his forehead, he was sweating as soon as he stepped out the door.

"These undead, what did they look like?" Dodger said, still watching the mayor out of the corner of his eye. "It might aide our efforts to know their appearance."

"The village librarian took a description and looked them up, they appear to be made of some sort of dark liquid, he say's they are water wraiths, but we're no experts" It was the mayor who spoke up this time

At this holly's face turned red and she went back inside

Angus looked over at them, previously his hair had covered his eyes, but now you could see heavy bags under them "You mean they won't come on land?"

Jacoby laughed at that "If that's the case, he should spend the night with me...i'm sure I can offer him my own special brand of pleasure"

Altius shot daggers at Jacoby, clenching his fist in rage the occasion spark shot off from his hand. He glanced over at Shade and began to calm down a bit. "Can't we just get on with it...i want to kill these creatures already..put them in their place, show them who the higher being is."

Dodger shook his head. "No, they won't. Not directly. They might come in through streams or rivers, but they won't leave the water; not for long."

Sven laughed and said "Jokes on you I hate football." He sighed "As for fighting you don't know if I would win or not, then again who would win a pire' or a wolf?" He hummed a tune, he was tired of the sun beating down.
