This is something I've asked myself recently: when I talk about my fursona, do I say "I am a blue CatFox named Carter." or do I say "My fursona is a blue CatFox named Carter."? Are our fursonas us? Do you say "I am a tiger/wolf/whatever." or do you say "My fursona is a tiger/whatever."?
I'm basically asking, are you your fursona, or is your fursona someone else? When I talk about my fursona, I go both wars saying "Carter looks like this." sometimes and "I'm blue and stuffs :3.". I'm not a blue secret agent CatFox named Carter. I'm a 6' 2" 14 year old human boy named -Withheld-.
Do you see what I'm saying? What do you think of yourself and all this?
